SHIPPING & RETURNS

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as a digital item (live break) or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

SHIPPING POLICY (live breaks)

all items purchased will be stored in your own personal bag until shipping has been purchased.

 

you can purchase shipping through the shipping page located here.

after shipping is purchased, all items will be shipped following the selected shipping order guidelines.  i will send through pictures of personal your personal bags contents at the buyers request. all personal bags will not have any content removed, unless requested by the bags owner, or to comply with the shipping guidelines upon purchase. if bags are left inactive/unclaimed/not shipped for more than two months, i will remove all bulk cards from your bag. If bags remain inactive/unclaimed/not shipped after 6 months, i will contact via email about shipping your bag. If there is no response within 1 week, the bags contents will be released and donated/made available to current customers.

Australia -

 hits ( letter / small packet mailer ) -  contains all of the hit cards from each pack opened

bulk ( large bubble mailer / box ) - contains all pulled cards, minus energies and codes.

additional forms of shipping may be required under special circumstances and will be discussed when applicable.

- international -

 hits ( letter / small packet mailer ) -  contains all of the hit cards from each pack opened

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Sadly, WE wont be able to accept returns or refunds for live break products. 

pokemon cards once opened are considered a damaged/unrecoverable product, and whatever you get can't be exchanged. however, you're more than welcome to discuss trade in values for all open products.
